This program is designed to help you PLUMP UP THAT BOOTY & TONE THOSE ABS! It is an 8 week GYM BASED workout plan that includes 3 days of workouts per week that will help you with your lower body development, and working those abs so that they “pop”. It includes 2 lower body days, and 1 high intensity plyometric training day- per week. This plan should be worked into your normal workout plan.

8 weeks worth of booty-building workouts | 3 day split
Nutritional guidance and tips for gains or toning/fat loss (macro calculator, detox tips, and foods for flat tummy included)
Workout videos for all lower body workouts (a variety of 30+ exercises included), as well as extremely detailed explanation on how to correctly perform each exercise
